So today I got the feathers for the body of my Toothiana cosplay (made my day a lot better since I'm sick atm)!
They are so beautiful and totally perfect colored!!! I can't wait to get started on this cosplay for real! >w<' <3
I'm gonna hate it so much during the process, but I hope the result is gonna be as good as my own expectations... .w.'
It's my first time making wings, first time working with feathers, and first time I'm using stretch fabric...
Gosh! I really challenge my own skills with this cosplay... I hope I can make it work, because I've spend so much money on it by now...

I'm looking forward to the NCC, and I hope I'll be good enough for the contest, not to win, but just to give the other Nordic countries some challenge.. Wish me luck ;w;'

So.. It has been a little more than a week since Genki, and I participated the craftmanship contest Sunday. I got the 2nd place, so now I'm one of the three Danish participants for the Nordic Cosplay Championship 2013 at Närcon in Sweden. It's so hard to understand! It still feels so unrealistic for me.. I never thought I'd participate in an international cosplay contest. But I'm so very happy for it! :'D
I just hope I can make an impressing costume for the contest.. I'm already planning on a cosplay (and started working on it), but I don't know if I'm allowed to use it in the contest, since it's a Dreamworks character. But now I'll make the cosplay and then I have an idea for an anime cosplay if the Dreamworks one isn't allowed :3

The one I'm gonna make is Toothiana/Tooth Fairy from the new Dreamworks movie "Rise Of The Guardians". This far I've started on the wings, played with make up, started on her "hair", ordered a lot of feathers and fake eyelashes for her as well. I've also bought fabric for the bodysuit, so now I only need to make it and dye a lot of feathers.. And then make all of the costume... I really hope I can make it! It's my first time making wings and playing with feathers... Cross your fingers that I'll be able to make it look good :'3

I think that's kinda all for now.. We're making a lot of accessories and stuff for her booth in the Artist Alley at Genki, the upcoming convention in Roskilde (Denmark). I'm only putting things together and polish them xD  
We hope we'll sell a lot, because Koneko does nothing but making accessories all day xD

I just can't describe how excited I am! And it's not just because it has something to do with Al, that I want it.. It's the whole idea behind it. Binding the soul to a body facinates me a lot! And I just think the transmutationcircle is so beautiful! So I donøt think I'll ever regret getting it. I really just can't wait for tomorrow! >w<

Well.. So far I'm only cosplaying Alphonse Elric in Shamballa (movie) version, because I love him so much in that version.. ^o^ <3
And in a doujin version called Dolce where Ed and Al are school boys.. So cute! But I still need a good wig, the last one I bought was too yellow.. Dammit.. ^^'
But I'm planning on cosplaying Ran Fan sometime in the future .w.'/ (Or maybe Greed!Ling, because seem to have become obsessed with Greed!LingxLing lately xD)
